In this tutorial, you'll learn how to import an image into Image Studio Lite. Image Studio Lite analyzes images that are in the tif, png, or jpeg format as well images acquired with past versions of Odyssey or Pearl imaging system software.
The image import menu is located under the application menu button or the Image Studio icon in the upper left hand corner of the software.
For the purposes of this tutorial we are using a tutorial image. Here is a Sample Image that you can use.
To follow along with this tutorial, download and import the Western tutorial image found on the Image Studio Lite web page and import it by clicking Import > Image Studio zip file. Browse to the image location, then click "Open" to display the image. The image opens and the file appears in the table below.
Images from Odyssey application software can be imported into Image Studio Lite software for analysis by clicking Import > Odyssey. Images from the Pearl application software can be imported into Image Studio Lite software for analysis clicking Import > Pearl.
If you want to upload an image you have stored on your computer and it is in a tif, png, or jpeg format choose "Other Image" in import menu.
